Find and Replace Moneydance Extension Bug

Hi,

I sent an email to the developer of the ¨Find and Replace¨ extension and he told me he had stepped away from Moneydance development, and turned the Find and Replace extension over to The Infinite Kind, and to contact you.

There is a bug in this extension.

When you find and select some expense records to change on the ¨Find panel¨, and you choose the Amount option on the ¨Replace panel¨, for exemple, to 10.45(or -10.45) value, and click on Replace All, the records below change correctly to -10.45 or to 10.45 according you want a Deposit or a Expense, but when you click Record button, the extension always records a Deposit value, you can change the value to -10.45 or to 10.45 and the result is always the same, always records a Deposit.
I don't know if there's anything related to my standard currency being the BrazilianReal, but I don´t think so.

If you want I can do a video or put some photos to be more clear, ok?

    Hi Marcelo,
    Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

    I’d like to confirm that a fix has been implemented in the updated version of the Find and Replace extension.

    This is available for downloading from this link

    Drag the downloaded file, which will have the extension .mxt onto the Moneydance program window. The 'Add Extension' window will appear, and you should select 'Install Extension'.

    The extension will then be available under the Extensions menu.
