We are presently on 2007r5. Should we upgrade to 2008r4 or wait for 2010? What will 2010 cost us? We use this on Mepis Linux. What are the real differences between 2007, 2008 & the upcoming 2010?

    Hi Joan

Your spam blocking is preventing me from responding to you and the sender request link seems to be broken.

There have been quite a number of changes since MD2007. It would be quite challenging to summarize them in a way that I think you would find useful. You can read about them in the blog. Here are some links to blog articles that list the incremental differences since MD2007

I checked your current license key and you can upgrade to the latest version of MD2008 at no cost.

As for the changes coming to MD2010 we will be making a blog posting soon describing the changes.

Your cost to upgrade to MD2010 will be half the full price of MD2010. We expect MD2010 to be $40 though that is still uncertain.

    Sincerely

    Ben Spencer
