account not found
Since switching to Moneydance from Quicken, I've never been able to download transactions from one of my three accounts. All at the same bank. one account just wont transfer transactions!! suggestions please. Bank says, oh we only do quicken transfers and assistance.

Hello,
Which bank are you trying to connect with? What method are you using to connect? Direct connections, Moneydance+, downloading and importing a particular file type, etc?

Moneydance paid, PNC, and I'm able to connect with two accounts with no
problem but one one does not connect. It says account not found. PNC's
support staff got me hooked up when I first started using it with no
problems but the last time I called couple days ago they denied having any
knowledge of money dance.
