Hello,

I'm new to Moneydance. I went through the https://wellsfargo.com/fmssetup process and was able to download my savings and checking, but couldn't access my Wells Fargo Advisors accounts.

I then realized I needed to choose Wells Fargo Advisors for my bank and then I was able to see my investment account numbers. However, when I try to download anything, I get the same error message:

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
The error code reported by the server was: 0

Has anybody else run into this? Any suggestions or solutions?
