Missing Transactions

I am missing transactions on a credit card account; both before a certain date, and separately within a month long period for which I have transactions before and after that date.

Is there anyway to get the missing transactions downloaded.?

    It depends really.

    For automatic downloads with both Direct Connect and Moneydance+ transactions are kept for a defined period, Moneydance does not control this, for Direct Connect the bank controls it for Moneydance+ it is Plaid.

    Banks will often allow you to download transactions for a user defined period from their Internet banking site in OFX or QIF format, this would probably be your best bet.
