Double subscription - monthly and annual

Hi, I am again not getting downloads. I suspect that this is still a problem with my changing my debit card. IMy schwab account shows Paddlenet in the pending transactions from about a week ago. I am attaching the error log.

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Currently you have two subscription an annual subscription and a monthly subscription. Which would you like to keep?

A couple of weeks ago I tried to change the monthly to my new debit card. When that did not work I tried an annual.

I am now getting downloads (HURRAH!!!!). but I have to choose between two connections. How do I get rid of one?

As I've mentioned in post 1 of this thread you have two active subscription, to prevent further confusion and duplicates, you should cancel one of them (or we could do it in your behalf). Please see the details below and let us know which you wish to cancel the monthly or the yearly subscription?

As you requested, I have asked our payment processing partners Paddle to process a refund for your last monthly charge and canceled the monthly subscrition . They will let you know when the process is complete from their end.
