old license not removed???
I had bought and returned Moneydance in 2021, and just bought it again - bought the annual moneydance+ subscription. I've installed, imported quicken data. When I go to set up moneydance+ connections, I get directed to the page to subscribe to moneydance+ - no option to manage my existing subscription.
I went to make sure the license is active, and it the "Register Moneydance" shows I have a licensed copy. "About Moneydance" shows a license number that's different from the one that I just got when I signed up.
How can I make sure I have the right license in the file and that I can access Moneydance+... and get online connections set up properly?
