Unable to download transactions from Chase
I have paid for Moneydance+ through 12/24. My transactions will not download. They were working fine a couple of weeks ago. Now nothing downloads.

Is it that nothing downloads, or that the downloads are delayed significantly?
Delays are often 3 days or so, but can reach 7 days during holiday periods, and this is a holiday period. This is particular to MD+, as there is the Plaid aggregator in-between you and your bank. With OFX, downloads were at most 1-2 days delay.

Nothing is downloading. The last download was December 6. There should be 40 or so transactions to download.
Look at the two screen shots that are attached. One shows that I do NOT have a subscription to Moneydance+. That is not correct. I have a subscription through December of 2024. The next screen shot shows that my Visa account is connected. The Moneydance+ download, as I mentioned, was working with this account until a week or so ago.
The email on my subscription is [email blocked] <mailto:[email blocked]>.
My current subscription is good through Dec. 13, 2024. I paid $40.00 on Dec. 13, 2023.

I just started Moneydance+ two days ago and have experienced the same problem with Chase accounts. Version 2023.3 (5064)

@jdien07 - Have you granted third party access to your Chase accounts?

Yes, was getting "There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below. The error code reported by the server was: 0 "
However, tried just now and it is fine. Apparently just a temporary problem over xmas holiday.
