Moneydance currently does not support automatic downloads from institutions outside of North America.
You can download and import transaction files in various formats.

Hi Adam
I am a UK Barclaycard customer and can down load transaction and import the OFX file from my online account into Moneydance. I assume a Barclay bank account offer the same OFX file download from your online account.
