MD+: Can't add Citi credit card
I had my card in MD+, but it said the link expired and needed to refresh. When I tried, Plaid opens, I choose Citi and a log in page pops up. I log into Citi, then the page is basically blank. The citi header is at the top and the footer at the bottom, but the middle section is blank. Nothing else happens.
I removed my card from MD+, but the same thing happens when I try to add it again.

I think Citi Cards still works with OFX direct connect (at least my Costco card does)
I try to use OFX if possible rather than MD+ if it works as this is still a direct connection to the bank....
Although MD+ keeps me connecting to Schwab and others - it doesn't have to be an "all or nothing" solution - which is why Citi and different others go through OFX for me.
So I don't have an MD+ solution for you for Citi, but you could try OFX instead if you wished to do so.

I just realized a caveat - you said it had been working before, so if you switch you are likely to get duplicates, as the FITID "duplicate" code would be different. So you might want to do what I just suggested only if you can't get MD+ working again.

So back to MD+ - I've seen that before, so I went to bank website (this wasn't Citi) and found my 3rd party permissions had gone away (have no idea why) and I had to get them reinstated.

Thanks for the replies. I switched to Chrome and Plaid worked fine. Firefox won't work. I'm guessing it's a Citibank thing. Once connected, it did download my entire history, over 700 duplicates, but it was easy enough to delete them.
I would have tried OFX, but it wouldn't give me that option. Clicking on Setup Online Banking would just open MD+. I think the Toolbox extension probably could have fixed that, but wasn't sure which option. Anyway, MD+ is working so no need to figure that out!
