Transactions not downloading since 2024.1 upgrade

I upgraded to 2024.1 (5118) and none of my accounts download at all. Neither the Moneydance+ nor the OFX accounts are downloading.

I can't swear that this coincided with the upgrade, nevertheless, nothing is downloading.

Issue solved. Somehow all accounts had become disassociated. (When I used Toolbox, I guess). Deleted and reconnected and all is well, except Synchrony Bank. which is a separate issue.
