Is anyone else having trouble linking through Plaid to Talbot's credit card (issued through Comenity Bank)?

I linked a long time ago with no problems but it stopped working a few months ago. I've tried re-linking through Plaid numerous times on different days (including by deleting the link completely and starting over) and always get errors: "Couldn't connect to your institution. If you need to use this app immediately, we recommend trying another institution. Errors like this may take some time to resolve, so you may want to try the same account again later." Some time? It's been at least two months.

I don't see any means to report this directly to Plaid when I get the error.

All suggestions appreciated.
