verizon visa synchrony bank

i have tried connecting my verizon visa synchrony bank card to moneydance a few times using plaid. the connection works, but the data downloaded is from last year. for example it downloaded 4/25/2024 $8.50 Exxon Mobile. I looked at my card statement and that wasn't a charge i that hit my account in 2024. However, if i look back on 4/25/2003 i see that exact charge. There were about 20 of these that downloaded like this. This happened each time i tried to re-establish a connection. Also, each day the only updates i get are 5 charges that happened in 2023 but with 2024 dates. New charges do not come through.
