mis assigned qfx
I have inadvertently assigned a qfx file to the wrong account durning a manual import. How can I reassign the QFX file to the proper account. I do not want to / can not delete the misassigned account as I will loose years of data

Hi Robert,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
You can navigate to Online->Match Online Accounts.
This feature is for the remembered account number links for manually imported files.
Also you could select a transaction and right click, in the Context Menu choose 'Select All' then select "Batch Change".
Batch Change allows you to make changes to the Description, Date, Check#, Memo, Tags, Category, and Account fields in the register.
For further details about this function, please refer to this article in the Knowledge Base.
When using the Batch Change option, the accounts list will show only accounts containing the same currency as the account you want to move transactions from.
