Can I sync and automatically update my two checking and two credit card accounts with Credit Agricole Centre Loire in France?

At this time Moneydance does not support automatic downloads with institutions outside of North America.
It is something being worked on.
Moneydance does support the importing of downloaded transaction files in the commonly used formats.
