moneydance+ not working?

I've opened a few tickets -- but they are being ignored, I guess.
Trying to use moneydance+ to downlaod American express -- _however_ -- logging into Plaid doesnt see to be working.
I do about (no kidding, I timed it today) about 10 minutes of not-a-robot puzzels, and then get told I'm trying to much.

Anyone have a similar problem?
Trying to figure it out, before I just cancel the moneydance+ subscription.

    The captcha pictures are awful and grainy (I can't really see them), so I try the audio version, and it immediately claims I've tried too many times. (this just worked on chatgpt, but not here?)
