plaid not working

hi - i have several accounts that have all stopped updating with plaid. i tried to re-link and it just says moneydance was unable to refresh connection. all accounts have stopped updating since 9/19. any ideas?

    also i tied to disconnect a connect, but that is also saying moneydance was unable to remove the connection

    credit card was getting rejected for payment. resolved.
