Invalid FID sent in Request
I started getting this eroor when trying to download from my TruWest CU savings, checking and credit card account. Everything worked for almost two years prior to Saturday. Any suggestions?

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've encountered.
This error generally means there is a server outage at the banks end.
We are receiving reports of this error from multiple banks. All of the banks showing this error use the same OFX URL (including TruWest CU). The URL is what points towards the relevant server.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this time. We will keep monitoring these connection problems and hopefully, it will resolve itself in the next few days. If a change is required, we will make the necessary updates as soon as the server is back online.

Thanks for the information. I've had the same issue with Navigant Credit Union over the last couple of days.

I too have been having this with 2 of my banks. Both seem to use the same URL when trying to download. I just tried to even log into their online banking systems right now and they are both down, claiming that they are updating systems.

I decided to try the old standby: disable and re-establish online banking connect for an affected account. That process did not seem as I remember it as it never prompted for a password AND when I try to download for that account I am taken to the online banking setup screen again.

If the server is down for these credit unions, a disconnect/reconnect attempt would probably generate the response you saw - i.e. if you can't connect, you certainly can't reconnect.
