Can't use online banking

Hello,
I've been using Moneyedance for years without issues. As of last week I can no longer download my data via OFX. I keep getting error 2000. I followed some steps I found here in the forum to completely remove OFX banking and start over. Now, when I try to setup my OFX online banking the program just keeps taking me back to the online banking setup screen.

Suggestions ?

    Version? OS? What bank? This would be necessary information to help diagnose.

    That said, is this American Express? They recently discontinued OFX connections.

    The error 2000 suggests it is probably not. But several credit unions which connect to a common server have found that server down for the last 3-4 days.

    So a bit more information might help versus a generic question.

    My OS is MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1
    The bank in question is Sound Credit Union

    Direct Connect error 2000 is a general error, it is often not very informative on its own.

    This error has been seen when an account has not been set up for Direct Connect access or the access has been removed.

    Thanks, but that’s not the case here. I have been setup with Direct Connect for years. And I verified today that I am still Direct Connect enabled with my bank.

    Check my post 2 - 2000 is being generated by a central server for many credit unions (I don't know about Sound, but suspect it given it looks the same).

    So, it's wait and see to find out what happens with that server.
    Not a thing that Moneydance can do.
    I think this is day 3-4 or so and counting.

    I had a similar problem which dtd referenced above. All is working again on my end, just wondering if you're also able to connect again as well.

    Still wasn't working this morning, then I began receiving account lock out errors due to excessive login attempts. I called my bank and waited for over an hour for a call back. They then reset my direct connect and unlocked my account. No explanation as to why this occurred. Sigh. So frustrating.
