Moneydance says there are no accounts to be downloaded, but no transactions appear after mid-October

I imported an exported QIF from Quicken, then registered MoneyDance and MoneyDance+. When I use :"Download all accounts it says there are no accounts to be downloaded. There are several accounts to download, and they have been linked. Please advise. Thank you.

    If each account doesn't say something like 0 transactions of x transactions downloaded (x dupliates), then they are not connecting and you should check how you've set this up.
