Cannot download
I get an error when trying to download my account at American Savings Bank, which is connected. The error code is 0. Please advise.

Their server is likely down, and you should try again later. If this persists 2-3 days it's worth bringing up again.

Are you using MD+ or direct download? In either case, the server which delivers downloads to either is different than the website server. Banks and aggregators tend to use different servers for different processes.
