How to delete an account completely
Just bought Moneydance. In trying to setup online connection, I have created multiple same account(of course I deleted the early ones). But the deleted accounts are still there (hidden). How can I remove those unwanted hidden accounts?

Hi Weilin,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
In order to delete an account, select the account in the sidebar.
Then select Account >Delete Account, as outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base.
Please note: Deleting an account will also delete all transactions associated with that account.

Currently, Moneydance supports automatic downloads using Direct Connect or Moneydance +.
Depending on the connection method supported by your bank/s, you can use one method or the other.
Without Direct Connect and Moneydance +, you are still able to easily import your data into the program using the OFX or QFX file format, if either of these are available from your bank's website. If not, you can use the QIF file format.Please find the steps for manually importing your data in this article.
