Toolbox help
No responses to my post concerning changing the userid so I take it this problem isn't solvable. Been digging searching for an answer and found 2 line items where the problem is located but it is readonly and no way to edit either one. Attached is a partial pic of the problem. Have searched through all items and this is the only one that contains my SSN. Have attached a screenshot, Stuart, can you help me?
