Wells Fargo not downloading via MD +

As of the most recent version md not downloading transactions.

    Hi Blair,
    We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

    Which bank/s are you experiencing this issue with?
    If it's all of them, do you have a firewall, or any antivirus software or any other software that might be blocking Moneydance's access to the internet?
    If so, can you try disabling it and see if you're able to connect/download your data then?

    If you're still unable to connect/download, can you try reproducing the error and send us the output of your console log? This can be found by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance, then clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button and pasting the output to us here.

    Alternatively, you can you send us your Moneydance error logs.

    They are saved on your computer as an errlog.txt file.

    You can get to your error logs as follow:
    In the Finder, press ⌘⇧G and then copy and paste ~/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support into the field and press enter/return.

    At that point the finder will show an internal folder containing the errlog.txt file which includes the log.

    Finally you can paste the full content to your next reply.

    In the portion of the error logs you have sent, it seems that your subscription requires activating.

    You can achieve this by following the information here.

    Then, you should navigate to the bank's website to check that your accounts are individually enabled for third party access and they do not require a one-time authorization password, for instance.

    You should also ensure that your accounts are assigned as described in this article.

    Finally, if you have a firewall, VPN, antivirus software or any other software that might be blocking Moneydance's access to the internet, you could try disabling it and see if you're able to connect then.

    Thank you for confirming this information, Blair!

    Could you send us the full content of your console log, from when you're trying to connect to Wells Fargo via Moneydance+, please?
    To be able to investigate the issue we required an identifier for your connection.

    Here's how to get the logs:

    1) In Moneydance, select Help > Console Window. This will open the console messages window.
    2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank using Moneydance+. Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.
    3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.
    4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response here.
