Moneydance+ not activating

I am working on my third file connection to Moneydance+. I have two files that I have successfully set up for Moneydance+. When I attempt to connect the third file, I cannot get a web browser to open when i click 'Manage Account'. When I attempt to connect accounts or set up Moneydance+, I get an error message.
Please advise
