BestBuy Citi Visa stopped working
I use MoneyDance+ to connect to my BestBuy Citi Visa and it has worked great for the past couple years. For the past two weeks, it has asked that I re-link. Each time I try, the login to the Citibank portal pops-up, I enter the information that I know works on the Citibank website, then I get this error:
We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later.
It is displayed on the authentication pop-up window at:
https://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/RSauth/ob/aggregator/obsignon?siteId=PLCN_BESTBUY&pageName=obsignon&langId=en_US

sounds like branded bank cards are having issues lately.... don't have any thoughts toward a solution, but this link may provide a bit more info:

Thanks for the reply. I closed the card and will give their Costco branded card all my $ (as it still works for me).

Great. Glad you found your solution.
Costco Citi Visa is the Citi card I use... nice rebate each year for Costco as well.
I don't know if you use MD+ or OFX direct connect with the costco card, but both still work (I use OFX direct connect with Costco...)
