Can't download transactions
Hi,
I have been downloading transactions via Plaid from my bank without issue. I logged into Plaid directly, clicked the Moneydance connection, and clicked stop sharing (I was working with my bank to troubleshoot plaid connections to a different bank profile - that is a much longer story). After some time, I opened Moneydance, clicked set up Moneydance+, and it reported that the link to my bank expired. I clicked relink and all the steps executed normally. When I attempt to download the latest transactions, nothing comes in. I even tried "reset sync date" and selected all available - nothing. Logging into plaid shows Moneydance is now connected to my bank.
How can I get this working again?

Today I was prompted to re-link my bank, which I did, but the account assignments disappeared in Moneydance+ setup. I tried clicking refresh, but it didn't help. There was no option to unlink so I clicked on manage account. I went through the process and still no accounts. I "downloaded all accounts" and nothing came in. However, I went back to Moneydance+ setup and it showed the 2 accounts, so I mapped them and was finally able to download. I went back to Moneydance+ setup and now the bank shows up twice, one without accounts and one with accounts. I disconnected the one without the account mappings and then clicked downloaded all accounts. The latest transactions came in again as duplicates, so I deleted them.

In order to determine what might be causing the problem, could you provide the information below:
Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance
Which bank/s are you connecting with?
Where you using Direct Connect before setting up Moneydance +?
If so, did you disconnect that service prior to setting up Moneydance +?
