When I connect ot Citizens Bank - not all accounts show up to link

I'M STILL NOT ABLE TO GET MY ACCOUNTS CONNECTED - I CALLED THE BANK - THERE IS NO LIMITATION PREVENTING ME FROM SEEING THEM - CAN YOU PLEASE ADDRESS THIS -OR- I HAVE TO LEAVE YOU
