Some Transactions Not Downloading

I'm fairly new to Moneydance after being a Quicken user for years. I decided to start with a clean slate instead of importing my Quicken data. (I tried it and the registries were a mess.) The problem I'm running into is some transactions aren't downloading. I noticed at the bottom of Moneydance it says "Zero new transactions (of 3 downloaded) after duplicates removed," however there are actually 4 new transactions in the bank and none are duplicates.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

    Hi,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

Usually after Plaid acquires your transactions from the bank, it may take some time before they are ready. Plaid will download the transactions in the background and then when they are ready, Moneydance can download them. For this reason, at times there could be some delays but this doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem with the connection.

That being said, you could try to select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu, then click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu. If you select the Reset Sync Date entry, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
