Citi Cards - error 2000
I'm unable to access Citi Card as of 18 May 2026. No problems prior to that.
I can access the Citi Bank website via my browser.

I see others are having same issue.
Will patiently wait to see if this clears up on its own.

Unfortunately this is a know issue that affects all users.
Please be assured that I've referred your query to the connection specialist, who is currently looking into this.
Provided your bank continue to support Direct Connect access, we should be able to get this resolved and get the connection functioning again.
We will update you as soon as we have more information about what's causing the issues, and when we hope this will be fixed.
In the meantime, if you need to update your accounts, please find the steps for manually importing your data are outlined in this article from the Knowledge Base.

My suspicion is that Citi has dropped direct connect:

Hi,
Some of our customers have reported that the Citi Cards connection is working again.
I have not made any further changes, so Citi must have fixed something at their end.
Can you try following the steps in this article to recreate the connection, and hopefully you will be able to download your transactions again.

Yes, I noticed the connection works again. For the last 2-3 days, at least.
For now I think I'm okay.
