Getting an error when trying to download my Citi Bank cc accounts

I'm getting the following error when trying to download transactions from my Citi Bank credit card accounts:

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

Bank Name:Citi Cards

The error code reported by the server was: 2000

   Citi cards has not worked with direct connect for the last few weeks. There are multiple threads about this. Here's one, there are more...
