Online transaction download with Citi not working

Please work with Citi to address this issue. I get the message when trying to download banking transactions from Citi bank accounts:

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

Bank Name: Citi Cards

The error code reported by the server was: 2000

Due to security improvements, connection to this financial software will be shut down on 09/07/2019. Please request your financial management software contact Citi at [email blocked].

    I'm getting the same error and I know from other systems I use (Expensify), there is some new type of security being implemented with Citi. Hopefully it's not too difficult to get working with Moneydance.

    Same problem -- but it's intermitent. I killed and re-established the Citi config, and it worked a few times earlier today -- but now again it is broken.

    I've been getting errors as well.

    Today's error code is: 13504
