Fatal error

I purchased MD recently and am now trying to set up my online banking. When I follow the instructions and find my institution, I get a fatal alert (protocol_version). I am running Yosemite on an IMac.
What do I need to do?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting with your bank. Which bank(s) are you referring to? I can look them up on our database and let you know the best way to connect with them.
