Diable online banking
How do I disable online banking. From the online tab in the tool bar, I don't have the option to "disable" online banking. I don't use it so I don't want to pay $3 a month.

You would have to instruct your financial institution to disable it at their end. Moneydance only provides the capability of being able to make use online banking if it is available, the software has no capability to enable or disable it.

As Des has correctly posted above, you'll need to contact your financial institution to do this. Moneydance simply accesses servers run by your FI for this service, and the fees they assess are to pay for those servers.
