I am trying to set up online banking in Moneydance. I can find the option in the pulldown menu but it is greyed out and doesn't work. I am using MD version 2017.6 (1656). How can I enable that capability? <p>The most common reason for the options to be greyed out is that you don't have the account register you want to set up opened first. Click on the account you want to set up where it is listed on the left sidebar, and then those options will be active. Otherwise, Moneydance will have no idea which account you are trying to set up.</p>
