In the last few days, when we send on line transactions to Chase, we get a message that says 'I'm sorry, an error occurred. The details of this error are below.
Error Description: java.lang.Exception: Server did not acknowledge payment message."
Since it did not appear that these transactions were going through, i logged into Chase and found that in our multiple attempts to send them, one had gone through to Chase once, and another three times. They do not however, appear in our Moneydance registry.
Can you help correct this?
