Today it has been bad. I talked with a rep at Regions and he was worthless. Am considering moving to another bank. And then I remember I recently installed the latest version of Moneydance and wonder if the problem lies there. When MD starts, it connects with Regions and downloads the latest account balances for all my accounts. It usually successfully downloads my checking account and some of my savings accounts but rarely all of them. Then I get a jave.net.ConnectException.</p>
<p>I was having issues which began at the same time. Turns out they made changes and told me I could no longer use a bookmark but would have to key in regions.com in my browser each time. My son is home and taught me how to edit the bookmark so I did that my access to the website is fine. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. The rep told me they changed security. Had some issues with the delete and recreate. Two accounts were changed to my primary account, but I edited them and replaced the account number that had been magically moved with the actual account number and I think we are better. I'm not sure what could have caused this though; updating Moneydance shouldn't have changed anything with your account numbers. Let us know if it happens again and we can try to dig deeper.</p>
