Both my Synchrony Bank errors now work (at least last time I tried them) I was having problems downloading current transactions but since it has closed and gone to an actual statement it has worked. Hopefully no more problems.
Having the same problem. Using Microsoft Money format as a workaround is less than ideal, because if you download more than once a month, you have to keep merging transactions you had previously downloaded. That was never necessary with the Quicken format.
