Your accounts are not
mapped properly (in other words, one account is pointing to each of
your Moneydance accounts).
To fix this, disable the Online Set-up for the problem accounts.
Then you will need to re-enable them. Once you have entered your ID
and Password click Ok and wait (do not click next). You need to see
a window that will display - "Please choose the account you wish to
use" - which are your accounts listed in a drop down list. If you
bypass this window - your Moneydance Account will map to the first
account on this list. Sometimes you will need to just wait for this
window to pop-up as it can take several seconds.

I keep two entirely different sets of books and records for

independent set of books and records.

You switch between your books by using the menu item
File|Open.

the exact same issue with Wells Fargo checking & savings acts.
Your solution was perfect. When I first set up the two accounts, I
obviously did not wait to choose the account type to differentiate
it from the top-listed checking act. I believe this will be a
common frustration, but your answer provided the correct
solution.

Ron Stag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/365280942015-04-10T13:56:12Z2015-04-10T13:56:12ZDownloading bank transactions

Barry,

In Moneydance, go the the Window->Welcome to Moneydance menu
option. This will open the welcome screen. From there, you can
import a new Quicken Essentials data file.
