I recently changed my password on my Wells Fargo Bank checking account. I now am unable to download the "cleared" checks and deposits. Each attempt results in the following message:
"The given customer ID or PIN is not valid. For more information, contact your financial institution.
Additional information from the server:
The user cannot signon because he or she entered an invalid user ID or password."
I have contacted WF support. Although Wells Fargo does not support Money Dance, they did direct me to disable the Online Banking for any Wells Fargo accounts kept in Money Dance and then to reload the Wells Fargo information in the Online Banking Setup and try to download again. I have done that several times with no success.
I have also read the 11/14 "Unable to download from Charles Schwab" notes below. Please advise!!!
