FWIW, I got an authentication error trying to download my Chase credit card transactions, with the Moneydance message telling me to confirm my identity at Chase. I logged in and out of Chase with no luck finding how to confirm my identity. Then an email from Chase popped into my email box telling me to check my secure messages. I logged back into Chase and there was a message giving me a link to confirm my identity that was good for seven days. Clicked the link and now the download works.

Just passing this along after reading some of the message board looking for an answer. Hope this helps someone.

    Hi Stuart,

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay getting back to you. I’m afraid that your request for assistance was missed by the support team, and it’s only now we’ve been able to work through the backlog of older discussions. I must apologise again for the poor level of service and lack of support you have received. I’d like to provide assistance if you’re still in a position to work through these issues. Please be assured we are putting systems in place to ensure a higher level of service and speedier responses.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It is very useful to figure out what actually happens. Hope that you don't mind that I share your experience with others who are having difficulty connecting with Chase.

    Thank you once again.
