<p>Error 2000 is a general error, in other words it is quite vague as to the problem unless additional information is provided with it..</p>

Caught that concept after I sent the email. I’ll contact them and see if they can work it out. On the other bank it looks like a manual download which I assume means formatting a CSV file to fit the Moneydance format.</p>

<p>If at all possible it would be better to use as first preference OFX/QFX files or as second preference QIF files is they are available for download.</p></div>dwg
