2 days ago I began receiving this error and transactions for the bank will not download. I removed the account number for privacy. Any suggestions?

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

Bank Name: State Employees Credit Union - NC
Account: CU Checking
Account Number: XXXXXXXX

A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: Connection reset

mdubbietag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-02-21T02:04:59Z2021-02-21T02:04:59ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

What version of MD?? What OS?

It looks like NCSECU updated their security certificates and it is not clear if MD recognizes them. Try the latest Preview Release of MD to fix this.
https://infinitekind.com/preview

sthtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-02-21T13:39:44Z2021-02-21T13:39:44ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Using MD 2019.3 (1880) on macOS 11.2.1. I have tried it with MD 2021 (3032) and get the same error.

mdubbietag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-02-21T14:49:19Z2021-02-21T14:49:19ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

I do not think that MD 2019.3 is recommended for MacOS 11.2. But if the newer version does not work then I don't know how to fix it. You can get a bit more information from having the Help->Console Window open while trying to connect, but it sounds like an SSL certificate error and either NCSECU has had their certificates expire or Moneydance has an issue.

You can try some tools to download the OFX file directly that might give you an idea of where the error is:
https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/online-banking/18262...

(NOT IK support, just a fellow user)

sthtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-02-22T16:51:55Z2021-02-22T16:51:56ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

The same thing has happened to me. Transactions stopped downloading around February 18.

I updated to 2021 (2006) and that did not fix the problem. I deleted my connections and tried adding them back, but that did not work either. Now instead of getting the popup asking for username and password and then connecting to NCSECU, it just opens the website for NCSECU directly in the Mondeydance window.

This is the exact same thing that happened in February 2020.

For the record, I am on a Windows 10 x64 machine. NC SECU only offers CSV downloads, so there is not a satisfactory workaround unless the connection can be reestablished.

dugginsjtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-02-22T17:17:15Z2021-02-22T17:17:15ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

I've got the very same issue. My error message is same as above. I am running MD 2021 (2006) on MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1

I dread this problem every time it comes up - ugh!

panthersfantag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-02-23T11:40:10Z2021-02-23T11:40:10ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Hi all,

Sorry to hear about the problems you've encountered.

We're aware of a problem with the State Employees CU connection, and we've been working to get this resolved. Unfortunately we've not made much progress yet, as any changes we make are still returning an error.

It is my understanding that the problems last year were caused when State Employees CU decided to remove Direct Connect services. After many complaints from their customers, they re-instated the service.
We have been trying to make contact with someone at the bank to confirm that Direct Connect remains active, but unfortunately we haven't been able to reach anyone yet.

If anyone speaks with the bank directly, could you ask them to confirm that they're still supporting 'Direct Connect' services? Your bank must continue to use this specific connection method, as Moneydance will not connect with your bank using Web Connect or Express Web Connect.

We will continue to troubleshoot the connection problems at our end, and hopefully we'll hear back from a member of the banks technical team soon. This discussion has been flagged so you'll be notified as soon as we have an update for you.

I explained the issue from February 2020 and the current issue. We need everyone to contact the bank so they know many of us use MoneyDance. We are stakeholders in the credit union and it is in their best interest to keep us happy. I will post again once I hear back from the bank.

wildstate1000tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-02-26T12:52:03Z2021-02-26T12:52:03ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Hi all,

Unfortunately we still haven't resolved the issues with the State Employees CU connection.
We've updated our connection information and tried making multiple changes, but we've not yet been able to restore the connections functionality.

Another customer has helped us reach out to SECU for assistance, but they have said -
"Unfortunately the only third-party service provider supporting by SECU is Quicken. As such, we cannot provide any technical support or troubleshooting assistance for any other third-party services. You can try checking to make sure your Member Access login credentials are correct and that you are still able to access SECU’s website as normal to ensure that the information provided to any other service providers is accurate. Any further connectivity issues will need to be resolved by the application’s support staff.".

We will continue troubleshooting from our end, but unfortunately at this time I am unable to say how long it could take for us to get the connection working again.

We would suggest you contact the bank and request SECU reach out to us. This has helped with other banks in the past - if enough customers get in touch and advise they're using Moneydance, it can make a difference.

We are also investigating other methods to connect with your bank. Our lead developer is currently looking to support FDX in Moneydance. This is a newer connection protocol that a lot of banks are moving towards.

You can still update your accounts by downloading a file from your banks website.
We'd recommend you download using the OFX, QFX, or QIF file format. CSV files can also be imported - the steps are outlined in this article from the knowledge base.

I would be happy to send email about it, but speaking their language in regard to the file formatting and understanding exactly what the problem is makes it hard for me to come up with what to say to them. Last year there were a lot of people participating on this thread and sending messages to SECU. I am including the error message that I am receiving below, which is the same error message I received about the same time last year. Various members reached out to SECU last year and the issue was eventually resolved. This is very disheartening because it makes finance management take considerably longer.

Please forward this to the appropriate department for review. I sincerely hope a quick resolution can take place as my family has used MoneyDance for many years and we really don’t want to have to switch to a different system for managing our finances

We saw that with Schwab as well. As a SWAG (Scientific Wild @$$ Guess) it may be that NCSECU is restricting connections only from certain IP addresses and not their customers in general. This is a "security" move to block repeated password attempts.

With Schwab IK was able to setup a proxy system that routed all download requests through an IK machine that was authorized to connect. This requires that NCSECU cooperate and authorize IK to access the system. Getting NCSECU to communicate and better, cooperate with IK is the only way forward. TBH, consumer activism works.

sthtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-03-02T19:48:07Z2021-03-02T19:48:08ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

I reached out to NC SECU as well but pushed back on the auto reply about only supporting Quicken.
Dear Member,

Thank you for your message. We currently have restricted access to 3rd parties using the OFX channel (a "direct connection" to account info) except for the software that we have a history with (Quicken). We are looking at the possibility of adding an FDX channel, which will open up connections to many more trusted 3rd party services. While we do not have an available timeline for this possible update, please know we are working diligently towards that end. We apologize for any inconvenience this current situation may be causing you.

One this is change was implemented without notice to many folks using personal finance software other than Quicken. This is a great disservice to the customers to disrupt their work flow with no notice or change over time.

Second, they do not want to open their own servers to every MD user, but will they work with the MD developers to open a single IP address that MD can use to tunnel their users through. This would be an interim solution until NCSECU and MD can fully implement the FDX and oauth protocol. This is a solution that Charles Schwab adopted to ease the transition and satisfy their customers without undue security risk.

Lastly, this unpredictable behavior by NCSECU has made it an unreliable financial partner and seriously compromised the relationship with you their customer.

No threats of leaving unless you are prepared to do so immediately. Just express disappointment with their quality of service. They can figure out the rest. The above points worked for Schwab as a much bigger company with continued response of disappointment from their customers.
I encourage anyone who hasn't yet contacted them to do so.

When I contacted them last year, they referred me to the CSV download option, so I have attempted to circumvent that suggestion in my message.

I am again receiving an error when downloading transactions into Moneydance Financial Software. I am aware that SECU only officially supports Quicken, but downloading into Moneydance has worked for many years. This or a very similar problem occurred about a year ago but was resolved in a manner that allowed Moneydance to continue to download transactions.

I have been following this issue for a couple of weeks on the Moneydance support forums. I am contacting SECU to request that you work with Moneydance/Infinite Kind staff to resolve this issue in a way that addresses whatever concerns caused the recent change but still allows Moneydance users to directly download transaction information.

I am aware that SECU makes CSV file downloads available. This file type is cumbersome to the point of being unusable for routine (daily) transaction download. While I would very much prefer that SECU continue to allow direct connection downloads into Moneydance, a nominally workable alternative would be to allow the download of Web Connect formatted files via web browser. This is a tedious and cumbersome method of importing transactions, but produces usable results (unlike the CSV import).

Again, I implore and strongly urge SECU to allow the continued use of Direct Connect downloads by all members and not exclude those of us who prefer to utilize the excellent Moneydance financial software or similar alternatives over Quicken. I used Quicken for a long time prior to switching to Moneydance and have found Moneydance to be a far superior product in both function and developer support.

Please forward this to the appropriate department for review and please also include Crayton G. Matthews, CFP AFC, Vice-President, Member Services Support.

Thank you for your attention and any assistance you can provide,

Dear Member,

Thank you for your message. We currently have restricted access to 3rd parties using the OFX channel (a "direct connection" to account info) except for the software that we have a history with (Quicken). We are looking at the possibility of adding an FDX channel, which will open up connections to many more trusted 3rd party services. We will add MoneyDance to our list of applications to review while we are vetting other applications and connectivity methods. While we do not have an available timeline for this possible update, please know we are working diligently towards that end. We apologize for any inconvenience this current situation may be causing you.

We also appreciate your feedback and suggestions regarding the .CSV file. We will submit your suggestions to the appropriate department for review.

If you have any more questions or issues, please visit your local branch, contact us through secure messaging, or call the Member Services at (888)732-8562. As always, thank you for supporting your Credit Union.

Danatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-03-09T18:04:19Z2021-03-13T12:58:36ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

.

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-03-11T11:43:34Z2021-03-13T12:58:14ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

.

Stuart Beesley (Mr Toolbox)tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-03-12T18:49:56Z2021-03-12T18:49:57ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Stuart I would be interested in trying to get a custom connection profile working. Margo reports successful downloads...

DISCLAIMER: I have no affiliation with Moneydance. It's entirely possible that these won't work for you. Pretty much the worst that can happen is that your bank logon / service profile won't work - but then it's not working anyway.. You can always just delete the profile and start again, if you wish. PLEASE ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR DATA FIRST AND TEST ON A TEST COPY BEFORE APPLYING TO YOUR LIVE DATASET! It is worth mentioning that the IK developer has given his ‘acknowledgement’ to my usaa version of this script.

This fix is interim until IK release a proper fix/update... NOTE: This script deletes your existing NCSECU bank/logon profile and creates a new custom NCSECU profile for you. Once MD is fixed, you can at some point delete this and let Moneydance create a new profile; but this is a standard thing to do anyway.

The instructions are here. The walkthrough seems long, but that’s because we are trying to make this very simple.

This will be a one-time process (no science degree required - honest). Basically, you will be doing this:
1) Ensure you know your current UserID and Password/Pin (required)
2) Gather your current account information. (required)
3) Get the script from the links provided here.
4) Run the script provided.
5) Add extra accounts within Moneydance (will be required if you have any)

We anticipate this (including the required items) will be about a 20-minute process.

The script is called:

ofx_create_new_secu_bank_custom_profile.py

FYI - When you click these links below, you will see a blank screen (depending on your browser) and the file(s) will auto download to your downloads folder

You download the latest useful_scripts.zip package from my site: https://yogi1967.github.io/MoneydancePythonScripts/
The specific link is: https://github.com/yogi1967/MoneydancePythonScripts/raw/master/usef...

The first thing to do is read the latest walk through PDF guide: ofx_create_new_secu_bank_custom_profile.pdf. The Latest guide (now version 6f) is always here:

READ THE LATEST GUIDE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE

Quick details:
- This script runs in Moneybot. Moneydance>Window>Show Moneybot console>open (this script) > RUN

Once you have run the script and you have proven that it's working you can then just use the standard Moneydance Online menu to link your additional NCSECU account(s)

CREATE NEW CUSTOM PROFILE SCRIPT: This will delete any/all existing NCSECU profiles, and then create a new one from scratch. This allows up to max 1 checking account and up to max 1 credit card account..

If anyone needs something different, I will consider (based on demand)

The script will change/edit any existing NCSECU profiles, related userid, passwords, authentication, and also update the link to your MD bank / CC account(s).

PLEASE BACKUP FIRST -> Menu File Export Backup

I highly suggest you work on a test dataset, or even set up a new one with a checking and credit card account..

Once run:
- carefully review the moneybot console.. Did the script complete..? Are the messages OK? If not, stop. Any problems, contact me. - Then RESTART Moneydance. You must do this - Then launch Help>Show Console - With Console open, try downloading...... Do not keep doing this as the bank may block you. If it doesn't work, then the OFX header and data will be useful. - Error 2003 means you have either entered an incorrect account number, or you have Checking and Savings mixed up, or your CC number has changed - the connection is actually working OK if you see this error.

If anyone runs this script, let us know? If you have any problems work, let us know....

If you get connection problems, please try disabling proxies, VPNs, Pi-Hole, Browser blockers, DNS Sinkholes, Cookie blockers to eliminate these as potential problems

Huge thanks to Stuart Beesley for figuring out the magic parameters to get this connection working again. I've pushed the updates out to the existing connections, so if you'd like to switch back to using the official NCSECU connection, please take the following steps for each account:

1) Select your account 2) Select the Online->Setup Online Banking menu 3) Click the Disable button. If no Disable button appears, then you should see the setup wizard at which point please proceed to step 5 4) Online->Setup Online Banking menu, again 5) Click the New Connection button, and select "State Employees Credit Union - NC" from the list of connections that appear 6) Continue to set up the connection as normal

Please let us know if this doesn't work for you.

All the best,
- file / export backup and make a backup - file / new and create a new dataset - file / passwords, set up master passwords and store banking passwords - run online setup and link 1 account - see if it downloads - this is all as a test. - report back. Did it work?

After the test, just file / open and reopen your original live dataset.

Questions.
- Do you have a master password set? - Do you have store online banking passwords set? - do you have any other online banks? If no, you could try online/forget passwords. Don’t do this if you have other banks set up. - do help/open console. Keep console open. Run the online setup again. After its ‘failed’, copy the console to a text file, redact, post the output here.

Can anyone point me to information on how to get my MD working with NC SECU again?

deantag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-05-20T22:33:01Z2021-05-20T22:33:01ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

IK/Moneydance, implemented Stuart's solution into Moneydance in late March, so you don't need Stuart's part anymore, which is why he decommisioned it.

So, if it is not working, try disabling and re-enabling the connection (that might make it use the new methodology).

That said, in reading recent posts, NCSECU is very flaky, it seems to go up, down, up, and down.

So, basically, you have to juggle at least two balls, making sure you have the new connection method in place, and having NCSECU working.

dtdtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-05-21T12:31:34Z2021-05-21T12:31:36ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

After mostly not working for about two weeks I've had transactions download without issues the last three days.
This sacrifices one of Moneydance's most significant features, which is a privacy friendly non-cloud based bank syncing. Seems like a big change. The biggest reason I picked Moneydance was because of their stance on privacy - that stance is erroded when you partner with Plaid or any of the other data aggregators.

cgrindstag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-09-29T22:16:58Z2021-09-29T22:16:58ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Hi cgrinds,

We will continue to work on getting NCSECU connecting using the direct OFX approach which doesn't require using Plaid, but we've reluctantly realised that we also need to provide the option of using an aggregator to our customers. I'll be posting more details about this decision and the implications, but I wanted to give you a quick summary here.

Multiple major banks have contacted us to indicate that they are moving away from OFX and will eventually stop running their servers. We have met with many of them about alternative methods of connecting and even joined as full members of the Financial Data Exchange (FDX: https://financialdataexchange.org). We were clear that our preference is for Moneydance, on your computer, to connect directly to their services, avoiding any "middle men" or aggregators, as they are called.

I was shocked to hear from the banks that they wanted us to use the aggregators and that if we wanted to connect directly to them then there would be an indeterminate delay on being allowed to do so. Many months later, we're still waiting. That's another thing about the newer protocols like FDX or the EU and UK's Open Banking initiatives - they are more secure, but clients usually need to be registered and authorised to connect, so we would need explicit approval from each bank and it was clear that that approval was not going to be easy to get. I don't really blame the banks, as it is so much easier for them to deal with a few major aggregators rather than hundreds or thousands of different software vendors.

We will still push for and implement direct connections to as many banks as possible, and we will never drop support for direct connections as long as even a single bank runs an OFX server, but if Moneydance customers want to download their transactions, it's clear that this is the only way to provide that option for the vast majority of banks.

I'll be honest: using an aggregator does have privacy implications in that customer transaction data (descriptions amounts, and sometimes additional metadata) goes through the aggregators' servers. On the other hand, the security is often much better than with OFX in that for many banks you will authenticate directly with the bank, including using 2-factor authentication. The aggregators and Moneydance are granted a token that provides access for a certain period of time. In those cases neither Moneydance nor the aggregator will have your password and often not even your username. For connections through Plaid, even Moneydance has no idea of your name, password, or other login credentials.

We chose Plaid specifically for their better privacy policy regarding end-user data. They do not share or distribute your data in any way according to the people we've talked to there as well as their privacy policy which you can find here: https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy

I will reiterate that we will never force anyone to use the aggregation. We will never require a subscription to use Moneydance and the current direct OFX connections. We will continue to look for and implement more direct ways to connect to banks while preserving your privacy.

Thanks,
Sean

That is, it seems to work once, or maybe one day, and then doesn't work again until I remove the SECU connection and reconnect it through Plaid. Sometimes I receive the Plaid message shown above, sometime I don't.... I assume all of this is a SECU issue since both Moneydance, the "+" subscription and Plaid all seem to be working well with my Bank of America and Chase/Slate accounts. [a side note - my BoA account did not allow download of transactions via OFX before trying MD+ but the MD+/Plaid connection is working great].

What I think I've figured out is:

You will need the 2022 version of Moneydance from the Preview page (I'm not sure I should post a link - search for Moneydance Preview and you can find it pretty easy)

1 - BACKUP your data file!!!!! [I've had no problems, but step 2 can be a pain to recover from if things don't work as you want]

2 - remove Direct Connect (OFX) connection for accounts you want to connect via Moneydance+/Plaid. If the Direct Connect connection is left in place it APPEARS to take precedence over the MD+/Plaid connection and nothing downloads from SECU.

3 - [sorry, I don't recall the exact steps to set-up MD+/Plaid] Choose "Setup Moneydance+" from the Online menu and follow the process as you are led through it. This will include setting up a Plaid "account" and following it's process to add your financial institution(s). The process and related questions seem to vary by institution.

4 - return to MD+ and choose "Setup Moneydance+" again. You may need to close and reopen Moneydance to get new institutions to show up; or the "Refresh" button my cause them to appear.

5 - then the especially fun part for SECU - match the accounts retrieved from your institution to your MD accounts; SECU lists all checking accounts as "Checking" and share accounts (savings) as "Share" with no account number or balance info available to help know which is which. You can pick one, download the transactions and if they are not for that account, select and delete them while they still appear as new downloaded transactions and then try another account. If someone know a better way please share it!

I'm sure I've omitted very important steps or information, so everyone please offer corrections and additions.

Dana

Danatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-10-21T15:21:37Z2021-10-21T15:21:37ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

And now SECU seems to be completely broken AGAIN!

Transactions downloaded yesterday (after a disconnect/reconnect). They wouldn't this morning so I tried disconnecting and reconnecting again. Now I get a persistent message that SECU has made a change that prevents you from being able to link your accounts and cannot reconnect.

I sent the following message to SECU and fully intend to follow through moving my accounts. Can anyone suggest a credit union in NC that works well with Moneydance?

Message to SECU
I have recently started using a Plaid based service to access my account data. It has worked intermittently in that transactions will download once but I need to disconnect and reconnect the accounts to get them to download the next time. Today I disconnected to go through that very annoying process and I am now receiving an error indicating that SECU has made a change that prevents you from being able to link your accounts.

Please address this issue immediately! I am paying for an additional service because SECU made changes a few months ago that prevent my Moneydance financial management software from downloading transactions via direct connect (OFX). I messaged SECU multiple time regarding that issue but no solution was offered - just meaningless references to future possibilities.

It has reached the point that if this is not addressed before the end of the year, I will seek another credit union to move my checking and savings accounts to. It is quite ridiculous that it is this difficult to download basic transaction data.

Danatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-10-22T01:28:07Z2021-10-22T01:28:09ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Dana,

After unsuccessfully trying to download from NCSECU for more than a week
(again), I tried what you mentioned. I disconnected and reconnected, and relinked my accounts and they downloaded with no problems. Not sure how
many more times I'll have to do this but Plaid doesn't appear to be playing
nice with NCSECU.

Scott Kirkpatricktag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-10-22T18:50:55Z2021-10-22T18:50:55ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Scott - I agree. It seems that I have to reconnect daily. I was not able to at all yesterday, but could again this morning. SECU's response to my message (pretty much same as always):

Dear Member,

Thank you for the message. We appreciate your position and understand why there would be frustration when the application seemingly stopped working on a whim. Unfortunately, SECU's policy has always been that we would do no maintenance or support any third party apps except Quicken, as we have a partnership with Quicken.

Both SECU and third parties often update our applications and because we do not have agreements with these third parties, integration is susceptible to breaking with any change.

We are working diligently to vet new connection methods as well as the security of the applications themselves as your account security is our number one priority. We hope to be able to resolve this issue soon. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you.

Danatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-10-22T19:01:20Z2021-10-22T19:01:21ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Dana,

Yes, that's a fairly normal error message but it actually doesn't indicate a problem. MD+ (specifically Plaid) is in the process of retrieving your data from NCSECU. I'm not sure how long it usually takes, but if it is beyond 12 hours then let me know and we can contact Plaid to try and track down a more specific status.

Thanks,
Sean

The same message is still displayed today. I can try disconnecting and reconnecting again - some days that works, some days I can't get through the connection process.

I understand that the problem is with SECU - they really don't want to connect with anything but Quicken and even Quicken users seem to have frequent problems.

Danatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-11-05T00:48:30Z2021-11-05T00:48:30ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

I had time this evening to disconnect and reconnect NCSECU again. Transactions downloaded for all accounts. It's really nice when it works :-)

It will be interesting to see if it works again tomorrow - I'm expecting no.

Danatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-11-05T01:01:16Z2021-11-05T01:01:16ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

just a user. Keep us informed as to reliability.

Glad you got transactions tonight.

dtdtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-11-05T14:02:33Z2021-11-05T14:02:33ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Are you using Plaid @Dana? I just tried downloading my NCSECU transactions preceeded by a "Disable online banking for this account" then setting up a "New connection" -- no dice. MD 2021.1 (3069)

deantag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-11-19T14:11:31Z2021-11-19T14:11:31ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

I am using Plaid - when I do manage to set it up it works exactly once. The next day it doesn't download any transactions. I have to remove and re-create the connection to get it to download transactions again. Often, after I remove the connection in Plaid I can't re-create it. I can then mysteriously create it again another day????

As NCSECU is very clear that they only work with Quicken, I assume Plaid is trying to connect without support from NCSECU.

Danatag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/490464652021-11-19T14:14:49Z2021-11-19T14:14:51ZNCSECU Transactions Not Downloading

Dana,

I have the same problems. Most of the time when I try to reconnect my
accounts, Plaid tells me that either there is communication problems or
that NCSECU is not letting anyone connect their accounts. Then days or a
week later, absolutely no problems for only one day.

Scott Kirkpatrick
