The bank statements for this new account are in my download folder on my computer, but unlike my other accounts when I go to upload to this new account, nothing happens. No message and no appearance of transactions. Please help, what is wrong?

    Hi Susan,

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Moneydance --> About Moneydance.

Can you let me know which operating system you're running on your computer?

When you download your data from the bank's website which file format do you use? e.g. QIF, OFX, QFX and OFC
It might be useful referring you to this article of the Knowledge Base about Manual downloads.

    Also, please check the following:

The filter at the top of the register should be set to "All".

Are you in split register or combined mode?

There is a button that toggles between split and combined mode at the top-right corner of the register, next to New Transaction.
If this is in split mode then all unconfirmed transactions will be shown in a second register which appears below the regular register.
This can sometimes be collapsed, so that all it shows is a bar with a label that says "N unconfirmed transactions". If you see that bar, drag it up vertically and you'll see the unconfirmed transactions in that list.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
