Online bill pay with USAA

I was able to set up my accounts with USAA using my member number and PIN but the options to select account for bill pay are greyed out. Does USAA not offer this feature?

   Hi Robert,

   Unfortunately, USAA does not support direct connect bill pay. You'll ned to use their website in order to make payments.
