<p>Upgrading to the latest preview version should hopefully fix the problem for you.<br>
Moneydance 2022.4 (4087) is now available to download from this page.<br>
You should remove or choose to overwrite the older version.</p>
<p>Finally, navigate to Online menu->Moneydance+ Set up and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined in <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/moneydance/connect-accounts-with-moneydance">this article</a> of the Knowledge Base called Connect Accounts with Moneydance+.</p>

I disconnected and re-linked too. Unfortunately, When I tried to disconnect, instead of deleting PenFed, I get "no name" institution listed in addition to the reconnected PenFed. Then try restarting MD. If that fails, try some toolbox magic. Install latest. Enable advanced mode. Online Banking tools menu. Force MD+ name cache & access tokens rebuild.</p>
