Two accounts at same bank and Moneydance can only set up connection to one

I have a checking and a credit card account at the same bank. When I go through the steps I am careful to specify which is which but no matter what I do, both accounts get set up as the credit card. This is causing a major problem because when I try to download checking transactions I get the credit card and it takes forever to get rid of them. I may soon get rid of Moneydance.

    Hi Richard,

    Try this...

In Moneydance, disable online banking for both accounts.

When you go to re-enable online banking, click the 'New Connection' button. Even though your financial institution may already be listed in the 'Financial Institutions' drop-down list. Do this for each account.

Follow the prompts, take you time. Some screens may take a second or two to appear. If you bypass any of these screens your accounts will not map properly.
