<p>You could try upgrading to the latest preview version <strong>Moneydance 2022.4 (4080)</strong> now available to download from this page.<br>
You should remove or choose to overwrite the older version.</p>
<p>Finally, navigate to Online menu->Moneydance+ Set up and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined in <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/moneydance/connect-accounts-with-moneydance">this article</a> of the Knowledge Base called Connect Accounts with Moneydance+.</p>
<p>Alternatively, you could switch to using the OFX service as outlined <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay/direct-connect">here</a>.</p>

<p>In the meantime, you are still able to easily import your data into the program.<br>
We'd recommend you use the OFX or QFX file format if either of these are available. If not, use the QIF file format. You can find the steps for manually importing your data in <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay/manual-downloads">this article</a>.</p>

<p>Navigate to <strong>Extensions->Manage Extensions</strong> and install the Toolbox.<br>
Launch Toolbox and navigate to <strong>Toolbox Options</strong> (on top left corner) and select -<br>
<strong>Update Mode</strong>->Yes->Do Back Up Now (recommended). Then, navigate to <strong>Menu: Online Banking (OFX) Tools</strong> (2nd tab down).<br>
In the resulting window, under Update Functions you should select :<br>
<strong>Delete OFX Banking Service / Logon profile (remove_one_service.py)</strong></p>
<p>Finally, restart Moneydance and recreate the connection as outlined <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay/recreate-connection">here</a>.</p>
<p>If the issue persists after that, please send us the contents of your error console? Here's how to get the logs:</p>
<p>1) In Moneydance, click on the Help menu and select the Console Window option. This will open the console messages window.<br>
2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank. Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.<br>
3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.<br>
4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/online-banking/22525-fnbo-first-national-bank-of-omaha-downloads">here</a>.</p>

Each time I delete the old OFX profile using the toolbox, then setup a new profile after restarting Moneydance. And each time, when I select Download Transactions for the account, it opens the setup window again and tries to setup the profile again. It appears to me that it doesn't complete the setup process because after I select Finish the window closes and it never asks for the password.<br>
This is all for trying to setup the OFX download. I attached the console file that resulted from doing the above.</p>
<p>Moneydance+ Plaid connection still does not work either. I'm astounded that credit card transactions cannot be directly downloaded in a csv file.</p>
