Launch Toolbox and navigate to <strong>Toolbox Options</strong> (on top left corner) and select -<br>
<strong>Advanced Mode</strong>->Yes->Do Back Up Now (recommended). Then, navigate to <strong>Menu: Online Banking (OFX) Tools</strong> (2nd tab down).<br>
In the resulting window you should select :<br>
<strong>Zap your Moneydance +</strong></p>
<p>Finally, restart Moneydance.</p>

Alternatively, assume the box is right above the "Connect ..." button. Mouse over that area to see if your mouse cursor changes. If so, you found the spot and start typing your email.<br>

Is it possible that you have your system running in dark mode, and Moneydance is using the light theme, perhaps? In those cases, the OK button and other features will have a white foreground on a white background and appear blank/disabled. The solution is to either switch Moneydance to the dark theme in the preferences or switch your computer to use "light mode".</p>
