Just upgraded Moneydance 2014 to Moneydance 2015 b1175- I was not prompted to upgrade my moneydance file(s), but all entries appear to be intact.
When I attempt to download new transactions, or pay bills online , I receive the following error message:
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

Bank Name: BB&T Banking and Bill Payment

A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: protocol_version
This error message appears just after submitting username and password.

    Hello,

I'm terribly sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced trying to download your BB&T data into Moneydance.

I believe that the problem you've encountered has been resolved in the latest preview release. You can download the update from this page.

If your still experiencing trouble after you update, then can you please send us the output of your console log? This can be found by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance, then clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button and pasting the output to us here.

If the problem persist after installing the update, then could you send me the contents of your error console?  Here's how to get the logs:

    1)  In Moneydance, click on the Help menu and select the Console Window option.  This will open the console messages window.
    2) While the Console Window is open, attempt to connect to your bank.  Any error messages should be recorded to the Console.
    3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom to copy the text.
    4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt extension) and attach that file to your response here.

The debugging logs that this produces will contain your account information.  I've made sure that this conversation is private, so the info won't be broadcast to the world, but just to be safe you should redact any account info in the debug logs.  Just replace it with something like "ACCOUNT NUMBER HERE" and it should be fine.

    Hi George,

Your last reply did not contain any message. Were you able to connect with BB&T after updating to the newer version of Moneydance?

Hello to Ian and Jerome - with your help , I was able to get download of
    transactions working again. BUT ......
now when I try to make an online payment , I have only ONE payee
defined, which happens to be the last payment sent before I did the
    upgrade.

BTW, before I did the (first of two upgrades (M2015 b1175, followed by
b1200) , I did a last export backup using M2014, which I still have, If
    that's of value.

Please don't tell me I have to re-enter all those payees. :-(

    Thanks, Fitz

Hello (again) Ian and Jerome _ I restored my last M2014 backup, and that
didn't restore the online payees, BUT .....
when I navigated to Online -> Online Bill Payment , a popup window was
shown (as before, with only the last payee used), I clicked on the Edit
button, and ALL my payees were displayed !

    So far, so good !

    Thanks, Fitz
